Review after consultations for implant-free rhinoplasty

I didn't like that my nose was upturned and my nostrils showed, and since I was young I had wanted to change the shape of my nose, so I used to get filler regularly and often. But I once had necrosis from nasal tip filler, and I tend to live with inflammation whenever my condition gets even a little bad, so I looked around for implant-free rhinoplasty. I heard JS is famous for implant-free surgery and revision surgery, and since it is a private clinic, it was first on my list. As expected, after the consultation and reading reviews, I liked it the most.

I'm older now, and I originally like glamorous facial features, so I wanted a high and glamorous nose. But my face itself is a bit soft/undefined, so I thought it would look even stranger if only my nose were glamorous, so I decided to proceed naturally.

To make the upturned, pointed nostrils less visible, I decided on nostril lowering, nasal tip correction, and adding columella support, using an implant-free approach to slightly correct the proportions of my protruding mouth shape. Since my septal cartilage material was small, we decided to use ear cartilage. Of all the places I had consulted so far, this consultation was the longest, and the waiting time was short. The consultant treated me well, almost like a friend, and I also liked that they only do one or two cases a day.
