I thought it would be difficult because I have a hump nose and also a slightly bulbous nose feel, but the director explained it well in a way that was easy for me to understand, so I feel like my understanding of the surgery improved a little. The consultant was the same; when explaining, they didn’t make it overly difficult or make me feel like they were forcing anything extra, and it felt like they told me only exactly what was necessary, so it was comfortable. It did seem like they stared at my nose for quite a while, but because of that, it felt like they put a lot of care into the explanation, so it was a substantial consultation.
