This is my first rhinoplasty, and the points all clinics had in common after consultation were dissolving filler + nasolabial angle correction + hump nose correction + correction of drooping nasal tip. That is my case. Personally, an overly flashy nose is absolutely no!! I prefer a straight-to-slightly-curved profile that is close to natural, even within a polished-natural look??
1. Banana I saw an acquaintance have a completely successful revision + revision + revision rhinoplasty at ㅂㄴㄴ, so without asking anything else, my first consultation was at ㅂㄴㄴ. When I searched footwork reviews, I heard they take a CT scan during consultation, but maybe because it was my first surgery, the consultation proceeded with photo-taking. Both the consultant and the director were kind. But the director looked very tired ㅠㅠ There was no consultation fee. However, even though it is my first surgery, they clearly stated that if my septal cartilage is insufficient, donor costal cartilage would be used. They said they do not use ear cartilage. 2. Olive CT scan. No consultation fee. Nasal bridge silicone + nasal tip using septal cartilage + ear cartilage. The biggest advantage seems to be that because the director has such long experience and can identify bleeding points well, nasal packing is not needed after rhinoplasty. They emphasized that this means less swelling and faster return to daily life. Maybe because it is a one-director clinic with a very experienced director.. it felt cool, like they would do the surgery if I wanted, but if not, they would not particularly try to hold onto me~ no sense of needinessㅎ Quote: 4.4 million won

Hyundai Aesthetics Even though I had a reservation, the consultation waiting time was extremely long, and when I came out after the consultation, the waiting room was packed with people~ Maybe because it is that famous.. or maybe because they accept consultation reservations randomly... I do not know... No consultation fee. There seemed to be more people booked for lifting consultations than rhinoplasty. I received consultation for both nose and lifting, and strangely, there was no CT or photo-taking at all; they just looked at my condition with the naked eye and proceeded with the consultation. I heard Director ㄱㅈㄱ is fairly famous for rhinoplasty, but he was a bit blunt and seemed busy, so he only said exactly what needed to be said and wrapped things up. 4. Epic Wow~~ honestly, this seemed like the kindest consultation out of all the places I visited.. Consultation after CT and photo-taking. No consultation fee. I heard this place is also one of the very busy clinics, but both the director and consultant were kind enough to be moving. It felt like the place that understood my needs the most: a straight-to-slightly-curved nose that is not too flashy but noticeable enough. If I want a natural nose, they recommended that since my original bridge is not on the low side, I do not necessarily need silicone in the bridge, which made it feel like there was zero intention of overtreatment. Likewise, nasal bridge silicone + nasal tip using septal cartilage + ear cartilage. Quote: 4.2 million won. (Negotiation possible if agreeing to disclose before & after surgery photos to the clinic)
5. Naturalism Consultation scheduled for tomorrow
I picked places said to be famous by cross-searching the ㄱㄴㅁㅇ and ㅂㅂㅌ apps and a Naver cafe ㅇㅇㅇ, and went around to them. I only found out about this community late and came in, and looking around, maybe because there do not seem to be many brokers here, it feels like lists of truly skilled clinics are being shared.. If there are any other places you definitely recommend consulting before nose surgery, please let me know~~
