Reconstruction after contracture

I had revision surgery 5 years ago after removing the silicone due to contracture. It was fine for 5 years, but then suddenly one day my nose started aching, and eventually the nasal tip collapsed.. Since I’ve experienced contracture before, I know the feeling, so I thought, surely not… Can this really happen after nothing happened for 5 years? ; It’s still okay for now, but I don’t want to live with this kind of anxiety, so I’m looking into autologous dermis, the final destination for revision surgery..

It went wrong from the very first surgery, so I ended up having it done 4 times. Why did I even do it.. It’s driving me crazy I really don’t think silicone is something that should be put into the human body, haha For those who had side effects after silicone surgery, when you undergo reconstruction, I sincerely hope you don’t do it with silicone again.. With silicone, even when you think it’s over, it’s not really over…. I heard that these days celebrities also get nose surgery with autologous dermisㅜ
