I had buried and incisional methods twice over the past 7 years, and this is my third revision surgery. Incisional eye correction + double eyelid surgery + lower canthoplasty, day 4 I wasn't originally planning to get lower canthoplasty, but they recommended it so I did it. I think it was the right choice.
(The wrinkled scar at the back is from a failed lateral canthoplasty at another place... lol)
My eyes used to be lifted enough that the mucous membrane was visible, and because the double eyelids gradually sagged, I thought I really needed eye surgery. When they were setting the line, they lowered the eyelid so the mucous membrane would not show, and said that kind of correction was possible too. It was something I had never even considered, so in that respect I am very satisfied. Right now it is hard to tell because of the swelling and bruising, ...
