I had consultations at about 4 clinics, and the biggest reason I chose DII was that it was a large and famous clinic. The director also gave a very thorough consultation, his way of speaking was comfortable, and for some reason he felt trustworthy, so I decided right away that day haha,, I do think I may not have been careful enough, but in the end the surgery was really successful, so I’m satisfied. The director who operated on me has now opened his own private clinic, so he isn’t at DII anymore??
I got double eyelids with natural adhesion, and during the consultation I chose an in-out line, but on the day of surgery during the consultation with the director, I changed it to an outline lol Maybe because it was right before surgery, he checked the line more carefully than during the consultation, and I think he kept asking for my opinion.
I had lower canthoplasty and epicanthoplasty, and I couldn’t get lateral canthoplasty because he said something about the bone behind my eye?? Anyway, he said lateral canthoplasty would look strange on my eyes. I wanted to do more lower canthoplasty too, but the director said my eyes would look weird if we did that, so he said no.
My eye-opening strength was also a bit lacking, so my pupils looked dull and unfocused, and that was improved with ptosis correction too,,
In the end, I had natural-adhesion double eyelids, epicanthoplasty, lower canthoplasty, and ptosis correction.
My friends thought I only got double eyelids,, I like that it turned out well without looking excessive or obvious. I like that my eyes got bigger, but what I’m really satisfied with is the ptosis correction!
The director was really good, but there were some things at the clinic that were a bit uncomfortable. I know it can’t be helped because plastic surgery clinics are always so crowdedㅠㅜ My surgery was originally scheduled for 10 p.m., but it kept getting delayed, and in the end I had surgery at midnight haha;; After surgery, when I came out of the recovery room, it was almost 2 a.m. I thought I was going to die from exhaustion. When I went to get my stitches removed, I also got a swelling laser treatment, and the wait was extremely long then too. I wasn’t properly told where to go, so I went back and forth a lot lolㅠㅠㅠㅠ Maybe it can’t be helped because it’s a large clinicㅜ,, Anyway, overall I’m satisfied.
The blur on the photo looks weird;; There is definitely also a difference from makeup and contact lenses, so I think you can view it with that in mind. Seriously lol I don’t know how I lived with my eyes before surgery.
