Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> *Breast pocket 13 *Transaxillary Motiva High 375 cc
It's now been two weeks since I had surgery with Motiva. Plastic surgery itself was my first time, so I had a lot of worries and was really scared, but once the surgery was actually over, time just flew by in a blur? In the operating room, I smiled because I was excited, but after seeing the anesthesiologist, I got nervous again and my lips got totally dry, then suddenly I got chills and felt cold lol Then I guess the medication started circulating through my body, because I kept dozing off, and when I opened my eyes, the surgery was already over. I bravely went and got my prescription by myself and came home.
Ah, but honestly, I don't think it was painless up to day 2 lol It felt like I had done several hours of field work the day before (I'm from the countryside haha;;), with muscle pain especially concentrated in my upper body. Because of the compression bandage, I didn't even eat the hot soup dishes I usually like. I didn't have the mental energy to blow on it and eat slowly.. Even opening the refrigerator door was annoying and hard.. So I think I just ate simple meals. I didn't feel like taking care of meals and it got bothersome haha;; Honestly, at that time I even wondered if I should have just done the inframammary incision.
Instead, I took all my antibiotics and painkillers diligently. I absolutely hate being in pain lol But even in the past, whenever I took antibiotics, I would always get acne, and it happened again this time?? Still, since I gained breasts, I tried hard to ignore it haha
But by day 3, the pain got much better. When I woke up in the morning, without realizing it I stretched, and I was like, huh? It was okay.. Of course, it's not like I could stretch both arms out completely like before surgery, but one thing was clear: it was better than day 2~ Once I felt a bit more alive, my appetite came back too, so I returned to soup dishes lol I pestered my mom to make yukgaejang, seaweed soup, doenjang jjigae, and all kinds of soups, and ate them. Maybe it's just my imagination, but eating well while taking my medicine made it feel like my recovery was faster haha
It's only week 2, so there is still swelling. Everyone here drinks things like pumpkin juice to reduce swelling, but I don't.. I'm just trusting that it will go down on its own haha;; Rather than eating things like that, I think the best thing is just not to overdo it and let your body rest comfortably. And I've been checking the scar area every single day, and once the pain improved, I thought five hundred times that I was glad I did the transaxillary incision.... lol People's minds are so fickle lol Because of the recovery period, I don't think it's necessary to do an inframammary incision.
When I went to the clinic to have the bandage removed, the director personally checked my progress. On day 5, I once woke up at dawn because my breasts hurt while I was sleeping ㅠㅠ After sitting up for a little while, it got better. Still, just in case, I asked the consultant the next morning, and they answered quickly too. That was a point that really reassured me,,,
Ah, this is TMI lol When I went to the clinic to have the bandage removed, I wore the white T-shirt I had worn on the day of surgery. But the fit had changed so much that it was fascinating. Of course, since it hasn't been long yet, it's probably not the real fit because of swelling lol
