Breast Surgery Reviews@breast-review

Review after visiting 5 places for breast fat grafting consultations!

I’m considering breast fat grafting, and I went to consultations at a total of 5 places!! The order was ㅁㄷㅅ Yongsan, ㅅㄴㅇ, ㄱㄹㅂ, ㅍㄹㅅ, ㄹㄷ

The consultation managers and directors didn’t feel unfriendly, and I think they were all generally okay. For reference, I’m on the thin side, and I have what little fat I do have in my lower body. I like that, so I told all of them that I hoped my legs wouldn’t get much thinner. Please keep that in mind when reading this!!

1. ㅁㄷㅅ Yongsan The consultation manager was kind, but maybe because she was busy, she seemed a bit hectic, and the director checked my fat thickness right away with ultrasound. They said they would put in 250-300 cc for the first round and about 100-150 cc for the second round. The liposuction areas would be the inner and outer thighs, and they said they would also take fat from the abdomen. They said the fat left after the first round would be frozen and used for the second round.

But when I asked about side effects, they suddenly showed me photos of implant side effects and said that compared to this, there are basically no side effects, so not to worry... That part felt a bit hmm to me. For aftercare, they said there are 3 sessions of radiofrequency care. When I was changing clothes in the changing room, I suddenly started talking with someone who had received her second round, and I got to see her breasts. Since it was right after surgery, I’ll set the shape aside, but the size wasn’t bad.

2. ㅅㄴㅇ Here, as soon as I changed clothes, they took photos of my bare body, so it was kind of embarrassing lol. The consultation was done with photos + ultrasound + the director checking the fat by hand. They said they would put in 320-350 cc, and I think they tend to inject more than other places. They said that since I don’t have much fat, I need to get as much effect as possible from the first round. The suction areas were the posterior flank/love handles, inner thighs, and saddlebags, and among the places I consulted at, I think this one had a relatively high number of scars caused by liposuction. When I asked about side effects, they said that as a patient I just need to manage the scars well, and the rest is up to them. What’s unusual here is that liposuction and grafting are done collaboratively by two separate directors. I figured each person handles their own specialized field, so I didn’t really mind this. Two radiofrequency laser sessions are included, and they said they provide one scar-management injection for free. When I said I didn’t want my legs to get thinner, they said they would take as much as possible from the posterior flank and minimize the legs.

3. ㄱㄹㅂ I went for a fat grafting consultation, but maybe because I was worried about my legs getting thinner, they suddenly recommended implants lol. So I also tried on implant sizing clothes? and got an implant consultation at the same time. But I liked the size from the implants so much that I was like, wow, should I just do implants? But then I came to my senses because having them in my body for life just didn’t feel right lolol.

They said something called caps care? is included here, but that I’d have to wear compression garments for about 3 months. They said I should try to finish it as much as possible in the first round, and that they would put in 200-300 cc. This director said the goal is 250 cc, but in my situation, since I basically don’t have much fat, they expect up to 200 cc. The previous hospitals were all clinics, but maybe because this one has a board-certified plastic surgeon, they explained every question in detail. Compared with the previous two hospitals, it felt a bit more professional, but it also had somewhat of a factory-like feel.

Oh, and they said they would do liposuction from the entire thigh here, so that was a little scary ㅜ

4. ㅍㄹㅅ Here, there’s a 10,000 won consultation fee for the director. Both the manager and the director had a cheerful vibe, and when I mentioned that I was worried about my legs getting thinner and other concerns, they said they would pay as much attention as possible.

They said the liposuction areas would be the inner thighs, front thighs, and saddlebags. They said about 200-230 cc would go in, and that the engraftment rate is more important than how many cc are injected. There’s 1 radiofrequency laser session, and they said the grafting is done through the areola, so I was a bit unsure about that.

It was fine, but the price was on the higher side.

5. ㄹㄷ I think this place had the most comfortable consultation atmosphere, and they said I could take my time and ask everything I wanted to ask.

They said they would suction evenly from the entire thigh, and that if they only suction from certain areas, it could become uneven, so they do full-thigh suction. They said about 200 cc would go in, and that even if you do stem cells, the effect isn’t that big, so they don’t particularly recommend it. Compared with other hospitals, this place seemed more focused on liposuction than grafting. Aftercare includes 1 laser session and 2 scar laser sessions.

I looked at the review photos, and I liked the shape quite a lot, but I was a bit shocked because the scars at the grafting sites under the breasts were very clearly visible..

That’s it for my consultation review!!! I do like about two places, but the suction areas and grafting amounts are all different depending on the hospital, so I’m a bit confused.. lololol

I’m more worried about the suction areas than the grafting, and I’m really, really torn over whether to suction from specific areas or whether full-area suction would be better.

If anyone has had surgery at any of the places on this list, I’d be grateful if you left a comment!!

That’s the end of my consultation review!!!
