I’m not sure whether it’s a dental issue or not because I’ve never been to another dental clinic.. But in my case, my asymmetry was severe, and before orthodontic treatment my teeth were crooked too, so I thought the asymmetry might be because of my teeth. But as expected, it really was a bone issueㅋㅋㅋ Skeletal issues like asymmetry definitely can’t be fixed with orthodontics.. I recommend considering surgery from the start..
