Revision surgery. Had surgery 6 years ago at a factory-style ㅇㅈ. They slightly shaved down my hump, used 0.9 mm silicone, and used ear cartilage, but because my nasal tip drooped, I’m looking into full removal or a no-implant option.
ㅊㅇ Almost no waiting time. They palpated my nose very meticulously and checked inside my nostrils too. While he was talking, when I asked things I was curious about, he answered as if it was a bit bothersome, but his explanations were fairly detailed. He seemed to say that my nose has a lot of muscle movement, so deformity could occur easily. But then he suddenly said that even if he operated on my nose, it wouldn’t be a pretty nose, so I was taken aback.. I’m getting surgery to make it at least somewhat better, so that hurt my feelings... I talked with the director for about 10 minutes. He said he would lower the starting point of my nose, shave the nasal starting point, and use costal cartilage + nasal cartilage (if needed) with no implant. But he also said septal cartilage + nasal cartilage was possible. While consulting with the consultant, I looked at photos, and they were so~~~~ natural that I even thought maybe it would be better just to remove the silicone.. But they said removing everything and raising the height only differed by 500,000 won, so I passed..
ㅁㅎ I had extra time so I went early, but the waiting time was reasonable.. The director was exactly like on YouTube, very kind! I liked that even though he was busy, he tried to explain things in as much detail as possible. For palpation, he only touched the outside. The director seemed skilled.. He recommended osteotomy of the bones around the nose, slight shaving of the hump, and no implant + autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage. He said there would be a dramatic change, so I was tempted. But I felt a little like the consultant wasn’t very thorough and was trying to send me off quickly. She looked young, so I wasn’t sure whether she had expertise.. When adjusting the price, she only said the director was scary, and I wanted autologous costal cartilage, but it was hard to negotiate. More expensive than I expected.. They said the CCTV doesn’t show the entire preparation process and starts showing once the surgery begins.
