I went for a consultation about removing a septal extension graft. The surgeon was kind and explained things well, and the overall atmosphere of the clinic was comfortable. They said it would be good to know what surgical method had been used at the previous clinic, so I should find that out beforehand. Unlike other graft-removal clinics, they also explained the possibility of approaching it as revision surgery. They said they would match the desired nose shape as closely as possible if I brought photos. However, because the shape after removal surgery usually cannot be predicted, I found it a little questionable that they made such a promise. They also showed me the surgical process on video. I need to think about it more.
