I had my nasal tip lifted with a septal graft without using an implant, and had my dorsal hump shaved. I also had osteotomy and a slight dermal graft added! It has already been two years, and I am satisfied because my nose is natural and pretty without any complications. I also had surgery for rhinitis, which made things much more comfortable afterward. In particular, I immediately trusted the doctor during the consultation; it felt like the doctor understood both my aesthetic preferences and what I wanted. I still have no regrets and recommend the doctor to people I know. I especially pursue a natural look, and it seemed that the doctor also aims for that kind of line. I am very grateful that there have been absolutely no complications, and I do not want to make it any higher either haha.
