At other clinics, I was told that my nasal alae were rather thick and surgery might not be easy, but [Clinic A] said it was possible, so I had the surgery there. The clinic had a different name at the time, so it took me a long time to find it. After surgery, a scar remained somewhat large on one side, so I also had revision surgery just for that area once. Even now, the scar is slightly visible under strong lighting or up close, but normally it is not particularly noticeable. It has been a long time since surgery, and I am satisfied with the overall shape and size of my nasal alae. The scar has not disappeared completely, but it does not bother me much in daily life, so personally I am satisfied that I had the surgery.
