I’m thinking about revision surgery this time, and does anyone know a place that makes the nose f***ing dramatic, pointed, not droopy, and high ㅠㅠ? For the material, I’m considering autologous costal cartilage... Please think of it as saving someone with a bulbous nose just once, and if anyone has had a dramatic nose done, let me know...!!
