Where should I go to get a nose like this?

<After Before ><After Before>I wanted to go back to the image of my original nose, so I was going to remove the nose implants, but they said removal alone wouldn’t be enough, so I switched to revision surgery. I’m bothered by the pinched nose and the nose tip that looks relatively small compared to the bridge. I want to go back to a cute nose tip that isn’t pinched, like my original nose image. Would Goksaem be okay? And is my side profile now on the very high side ??
