Nose surgery: no implant vs silicone

I went around for consultations today, and at a hospital I liked quite a bit, they recommended two types of surgery First, my nose has a very slight hump and a bulbous tip The first surgery is a method using autologous cartilage in the nasal tip and nasal bridge, but they said with that, there won’t be much of a bridge? around the glabella. Instead, there are no implant-related side effects The other method is the common one: silicone for the nasal bridge and autologous cartilage for the nasal tip. This uses an implant, but instead the line becomes smooth all the way from the glabella. But implant-related side effects do exist, you know.. I’m torn between the two. Which one do you all think would be better??
