Clinic atmosphere - not good. Chaotic and stuffy. The counter staff kept giggling among themselves. It bothered me. I don’t know why they were doing that. The consultation room was also stuffy and uncomfortable. The clinic layout feels strangely cramped. I didn’t get the feeling that they were being considerate of patients.
Consultant - felt like a typical plastic surgery clinic consultant. So she was on the friendly side and answered when I asked, but it was vague. The deposit push was intense. There was no talk at all about postoperative care or A/S. I forgot to ask about CCTV.
Waiting time - so exhausting.
Director - the consultation time was very short, but before I even opened my mouth, he immediately pointed out the issues and explained them. He’s the clear, decisive, confident type. Smiles a lot. There are things I regret not asking, but this place seems like the type where you go because you trust the director. He doesn’t explain things in very great detail. During the consultant consultation, she roughly writes things down on paper, then the director sees it and comes in, and after the director consultation, you consult with the consultant again.
I’m torn because another place I went to had a better clinic atmosphere, talked about postoperative care, and the director consultation was longer.
I waited almost 9 months for the consultation appointment before going. They do a CT scan.
