Eye Surgery Reviews@eye-review

Can anyone tell me what works well for swelling and bruising after double eyelid surgery!! Any reviews…

Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> When I had my consultation here, they did recommend ptosis correction. But I thought, “Do I really need ptosis correction?” so I didn’t do it. I wanted my eyes to look bigger, so I added an upper canthoplasty.

When I was about to go into the operating room, I couldn’t help feeling nervous ㅠㅠ As I felt during the consultation with the director, the director here has a pretty bright personality. The nurse and the director talked to me about this and that, so they helped me feel less tense. It was a small thing, but I was really grateful ㅠㅠ I can’t stand awkwardness.

But the surgery itself was really nothing much, and the anesthesia hurt the most;; And what I remember is the smell of burning flesh, like squid..? That’s about it? I had to stay still, but since I could only smell it, it was a bit scary. They told me not to move, so I squeezed the doll the clinic gave me really hard. Then after lying down for a bit in the recovery room,

the director came in, checked my eyes, and explained the precautions. After that, the front desk gave me a care instruction sheet.

What shocked me the most was that on the first day my eyes were so swollen, like carp eyes, so I wondered if this was normal. When I called and asked, they said if I just kept taking walks consistently, it would go down quickly.

Has anyone here had good results with swelling medicine like Ella*** or Tra**in? I’m debating whether to take it.

I got my stitches removed yesterday, and I still have bruising and swelling.. The tight pulling sensation I felt at first is gone now. I think the line came out nicely rounded. I hope it just settles down like this. From reading everyone’s posts, they say to watch swelling slowly, so I’m going to keep an eye on it patiently lol   But how do I get rid of the bruising..? I’m supposed to meet a friend next week ㅠㅠ...
