I think the surgery took about 3 hours,, and the hospital where I had surgery uses sedation + local anesthesia, so there was no need to worry about things like a proxy surgery in the middle, no no
I had consultations at a total of 7 places, and because function was more important than aesthetics<<<<<<, I decided on an ENT clinic. Also, even though the silicone was the thinnest, I still had it inserted, and I thought side effects would probably happen at least once someday, so if I ever need revision surgery, I felt the incision scar on my nose would also bother me, so I decided on this place!... And toward the end of the consultation, they said there is no such thing as an A/S period for nose surgery, and if there is a problem, I should come back even years later lol so my trust went up
For the result, I wanted something natural, and compared with open surgery, the change is not huge, but... my image became a bit more refined! People could not tell I had rhinoplasty, and I heard a lot that I had become prettier lololol
For the surgery, I had hump correction, nasal tip fat removal, cartilage repositioning, 2 mm silicone, and septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip. For rhinitis, I had surgery for deviated septum, nasal valve, and inferior turbinate!
While waiting for the swelling to go down, there were times when I thought the nasal tip seemed to have dropped a bit,,,, and days when I wondered if I should have raised it a little more,, Since it is surgery after all, I think it cannot be 100% to my liking, and I am satisfied because it suits my face naturally!!
Functionally, I am completely satisfied.. If before surgery it felt like I was breathing while wearing two KF94 masks, now it feels like breathing with the mask off? After surgery, my crooked nose was corrected together, so breathing became so comfortable, sleeping is better, and whatever I do, it is truly a whole new world.. Everyone who is thinking about it should definitely get at least one consultation.
