For revision surgery, what material is commonly used for the nasal bridge?

I have contracture, so I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty. For the nasal tip, I’m thinking of autologous rib cartilage, and for the nasal bridge, if I don’t use silicone, would it be dermis or maybe a mix of septal cartilage and ear cartilage? Or is it possible to do revision surgery using rib cartilage for both the bridge and tip.. I’m thinking of trying autologous rib cartilage for the tip. For my first surgery, I had silicone in the nasal bridge, but I don’t want to put silicone in again;; Is the answer just to get consultations and choose the material then? I want to know at least a bit beforehand before I go. Since it’s revision surgery, I’m really on edge. I’m looking at The Door, Wannabe, and Lienjang. I searched for places that are good with autologous rib cartilage.
