I’m going for revision surgery consultations at Maㅇd, Riㅇj, and Seongㅍ. Since it’s a revision, I’m thinking of using autologous costal cartilage. Is it better to use dermis for the nasal bridge? If I use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, what material is usually put in the bridge? The cost difference varies so much depending on the material, so I think it’s right to know at least a certain amount before going to consultations. Revision surgery is seriously such a headache. I never thought I’d be getting revision surgery;; I feel like I need to know a certain amount before I can settle on a clinic, since clinics don’t all recommend the same materials. The costs will all be different too ㅠㅠ and it seems like autologous costal cartilage isn’t often used for the nasal bridge because of warping;;

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
