My teeth weren't that crooked, so I had clear aligner treatment, but a few years later, I ate some hard ice cream and my lower teeth shifted right away, so I did it again lololol For those who had orthodontic treatment, be careful with hard foods. Fixed retainers are weaker than you might think.. The removable retainer is annoying, but since it would be a waste of money, I'm wearing it every night while I sleep..
