Would it be better to use the side with less calcification? I’ve had many revision surgeries. Planning to use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip and columella Only silicone for the nasal bridge!!
Or would donated costal cartilage be better? I got an X-ray in advance, and as of May, one side has too much calcification and the other side is said to be an alternative area or possibly usable.. I’m thinking of getting another X-ray one more time, but could there be a high chance that calcification will progress after surgery??? I tried donated costal cartilage before, but maybe because they used a very small amount, I don’t know, it got absorbed in less than a month, so I don’t want to use itㅠㅠㅠㅠ Since this is my last surgery, I also want to do it firmly with autologous costal cartilage. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠha
