I'm asking if anyone has had surgery with Director G.S.Y. at ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ, as a consultation review
My current issues Visible cartilage at the tip of the nose The bridge (silicone) seems lifted in a upturned, curved shape Triangle-shaped nostrils from the front and side Lower columella deviation, uneven nostrils
Consultation result They said my skin is very thin, so it would be hard to improve much, and the biggest concern, the lifted nose, is not actually a lifted angle. They suggested improving it by lowering the nostril base with dermis and changing the bridge silicone. For the protruding ear cartilage at the tip, they recommended a surgery that only slightly shaves it down to improve the disadvantages a little. I also know that not every problem can be completely fixed, so I'm thinking of just going with that much. Has anyone had surgery with this doctor? I couldn't see any before-and-after photos at all, so I really can't get a sense of it. And they said open rhinoplasty is not good if it can be avoided, so if possible they'd do a closed approach, but if the view isn't clear enough, they'd switch to open. Since this would be my third surgery, I'm not sure if I can take the risk. But if it improves to some extent as explained, that would be great. Also, someone wrote online that Director G.S.Y. is in their 70s, but when I asked yesterday, I was told they're in their early 60s and have over 25 years of experience. The consultation was very kind, and they kept carefully looking at my face and thinking about which points should be improved for the best result.
