This is from a very long time ago, but 8 years ago I had my hump nose refined. My nasal bridge was originally on the high side, but after shaving down the hump, the doctor also put in silicone. So now, to anyone who looks at it, my nose is straight and prominent. And the nasal tip was slightly lifted using ear cartilage, but as it became fixed that way, it turned into a bit of an arrow-shaped nose. Especially when I smile. Of course, outwardly it is a high nose that looks perfect. But as time has passed, this kind of unnatural nose now feels burdensome, and even if it is a bit lower, a nose that looks gentle seems prettier to me. Honestly, when I had my nose surgery, it went so easily without side effects or hardship that I was looking into lowering it too, but after seeing other cases with side effects, the failed cases seem like endless suffering, so I am thinking of just living with it.
