This was revision rhinoplasty after multiple previous surgeries. I originally had a slim upturned nose, but while trying to correct it, it became a bulbous nose. When I was looking into revision surgery, I saw Dr. Kang Woo’s line at Mind and thought, this is the place, so without many requests, I had revision surgery with nostril reduction + silicone + ear cartilage. It came out with exactly the line I wanted, natural but not plain, so I’m happy. My facial proportions look much better too. The best~
