I've been struggling ever since my first rhinoplasty in my early 20s.. At first, I thought I had researched a lot, so I raised my nose using autologous tissue: ear cartilage + postauricular fascia, but within a year there was show-through + drooping For my second surgery, they used artificial dermis and septal cartilage What I have left is probably one remaining ear cartilage on one side and costal cartilage, I guess..? Of course, I'm still satisfied after the revision surgery, but the fact that my nostrils look like they are gradually turning upward is a major source of stress Has anyone had dermal filler injections? There is so little information
