Hoohoohoohoo this is my 3rd revision nose surgery. I haven’t had any side effects so far and did it because of the shape. This time I changed the line, used donated rib cartilage for the first time, and corrected my bulbous nose. For real, it looks interrupted in the middle, there’s also a step-off, and the nasal tip is too high, so my nostrils kind of look like the number 11. The nostril and alar asymmetry that I already had seems way too severe. Please evaluate how it looks to everyone.. + So I’m scheduled to do an early correction next Thursday, but is it okay to do it.. Please give me advice ㅠㅠ
