After my double eyelid crease kept disappearing on only one side even after two natural-adhesion procedures, I ended up having repeat revision surgery. I also had lateral and lower canthoplasty because I had always been concerned about my small, closed-looking eyes. I wanted a non-incisional procedure as much as possible because of scarring, and they told me the canthoplasty could also be done without incisions, so I decided to proceed. For the first week, my vision was blurry, possibly because of conjunctival edema and eye ointment, but it all disappeared after about a week. Now, in week two, only slight bruising and swelling remain. The canthoplasty areas are still gradually lifting and settling, but my eyes have become noticeably larger in a natural way, so I’m satisfied!
