The tip of my nose has gradually become more upturned and hard, so I think it may be contracture, and I am currently consulting several places for revision surgery. I wondered whether I could use silicone again, but they said that in my case it would be safer to avoid it if possible. They explained that simply removing the silicone could cause a major change in shape, so they suggested reshaping the tip. Since it was possible, they tried to listen to my opinions as much as possible, which made me comfortable asking various questions.
