Two years ago I had V-line facial liposuction. They said that because of my facial structure, I would need thread lifting to achieve a V-line, and that even double-chin liposuction alone would improve things. I was still in my twenties and felt uncomfortable with having threads inserted, so I had liposuction on my cheeks and double chin. There was absolutely no effect on my cheeks, but my double chin definitely decreased. It didn’t make the skin cling completely to my jaw, but a boundary between my neck and face appeared. Still, there were no side effects and recovery was very fast, so I recommend it~ But I had quite a full double-chin area, so I feel I saw an effect; people with a moderate amount probably won’t change much. They don’t seem to remove excessively.
