I had such severe double-chin fullness that it was extremely stressful, so this was the hospital I visited after my third round of consultations. The director was fairly candid. After looking at an ultrasound and feeling my jaw, they said that losing weight alone would not be enough, and that removing the deep fat together with tightening the double-chin muscles would be necessary to define the contour. Because my salivary glands had descended and made the area look bulging, salivary-gland reduction was also recommended.. They did not give me the false hope that double-chin liposuction alone would solve everything. They clearly explained what could produce a definite effect, so it did not feel like excessive upselling, which I liked. Their aftercare also felt much more systematic than at other hospitals, with a dedicated care center and hyperbaric oxygen treatment. There was no atmosphere of pressuring me to pay on the same day, so I was able to leave after a comfortable consultation. It is a little regrettable that I spent money on injections and lifting lasers before, but at least I found out exactly what caused my double chin..!
