Without taking any separate photos, the director looked at my nose and said they would refine the nasal tip, smooth the hump, and use a thin layer of silicone. When I said I was scared because the anesthesia wasn’t sedation, they said it was because of safety concerns, and since the surgery time is short, it probably wouldn’t be that difficult.

For the nasal tip, they said ear cartilage; for the nasal bridge, autologous dermis? ground ear cartilage..? That’s what they said. I’m sorry, I don’t remember exactly what material they said for the bridge It’s sedation anesthesia, and there is a specialist.
3. ㄷㅌㅋㅋ Because I have rhinitis, I had a CT scan and was diagnosed with hypertrophic rhinitis. They would use both septal cartilage and ear cartilage, refine the nasal bridge hump, and include functional treatment, so it could be processed through actual-expense insurance.
4. ㅇㅅ (ㅇㅊㅎ) Since I wanted it natural, they said to do only the nasal tip with ear cartilage and do fat grafting for the bridge later.
5. ㅂ ㅇ ㅔㄹ They recommended nasal tip surgery and hump refinement. When I said I didn’t really want to shave the hump, they recommended refining it because the line wouldn’t look pretty otherwise. This clinic also has sedation anesthesia and a specialist.
6. ㅇㅅ(ㅊㄷㅅ) When I asked if only the nasal tip was possible, they said to do only the tip, and if the bridge bothers me later, to get filler. They said that if I use an implant, my nose could actually look long on my face.
