ㄹㄷㅅ(ㅅㅈㅁ) First of all, I liked that the consultation was very detailed. It’s a closed approach, so they don’t incise the columella and operate by making incisions only inside the nose! They said they use nasal cartilage, and I liked that they don’t put packing cotton in after nose surgery. They said they don’t use silicone, shave down the hump, grind cartilage, and fill the glabella area. But at the previous hospital, I had been told that I didn’t necessarily need to shave the hump, so I’m really conflicted When I asked whether only the nasal tip was possible, they didn’t recommend it and said something along the lines that the line wouldn’t look good, so I’m very torn.
