At this point, it's definitely lifted, right?

My nasal dorsum was sinking, and then it gradually started looking lifted. At this point, it's definitely lifted, right? It's not like a witch nose either. I'm so upset. I don't have any swelling, pain, itching, or heat sensation, but my nose has lifted. It's not contracture, but did the nasal dorsum sink and make the cartilage curl backward.. I'm supposed to get after-service this week, but I wonder if I should go to another hospitalㅜㅜ
