It has been 4 months since I had bulbous nose surgery, and I had nose surgery without an implant. My nostrils/alar base were too wide, so I also had alar reduction. I decided after just one consultation based on a friend's recommendation, so I really had the surgery without knowing anything, but it turned out so well that I don’t regret spending the money.
I looked a little older than my age, but after getting my nose done, I feel like I look a bit more my age now, so I’m really happy.
