Today I went to ㅇㅍ in Nonhyeon and ㄹㅂㄹ in Sinnonhyeon. For both, the consultations took over an hour including all the waiting time, and not only the directors but also the people at the front desk were all kind. The consultation fee was 10,000 won at both places. The details were the nasal bridge, nasal tip, columellar lengthening (lowering), osteotomy, and autologous costal cartilage. The first place I went to quoted 572? (review discount), and the second was 650 with a review discount too. They clearly refused anything unnecessary. But at the first hospital, after looking at the CT, they asked if breathing wasn't uncomfortable. Maybe because I've lived like this my whole life and adapted to it, I'm not really sure, but they said I also need surgery for a deviated septum! Oh, and at the second place, they said they would use autologous costal cartilage but do it under sedation, so that was a little scary, but I put down a deposit.. haha I want to get the surgery soon, but on the other hand I'm a bit scared.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
