After my first rhinoplasty, my nasal tip kept getting more upturned and my nostrils were indented in a triangular shape, so 6 months ago I had nasal tip lowering surgery together with alar lowering. Before that, I had a slim-looking image, but now my nose has become wide and spread out, and I feel like I look so unattractive. I’m really torn because I heard I could either remove the alar lowering completely or excise only part of it I also heard that even if the alar lowering is removed, it won’t go back to the way it was. I should have just not touched it. I regret messing with it for no reason, and now my confidence in my appearance has only dropped and I feel depressed.
