I have a high-bridge hump nose, and I said I wanted everything done without implants. I need to start narrowing down and choosing hospitals, so I'll write this as if I'm organizing things for myself. There may be a lot of subjective opinions. All the hospitals here had a consultation fee of 10,000 won each.
1. ㅇㅇㅇ The reviews here were good, and I also went because an acquaintance recommended it. As expected, the director had a sharp vibe. The director seemed experienced and skilled. They talked to me while looking at the photos taken of my nose. They pointed out not only the nasal bridge but also things that were lacking in my nose shape. This was my first consultation, and people told me to ask about CCTV, an anesthesiology specialist, things like that,, so I asked, and they got a stern face and really hated it lol I only asked because I was curious, but the director was so scary,,,, honestly, I only remember them getting hung up on that more than the nose consultation itself.
Price including VAT 5 million ->It was my first surgery, but it was more expensive than I expected, and the consultation also didn't leave a very good impression.
2. ㅇㅂㄹ They said to shave down the hump and do osteotomy on the slightly wide mid-dorsum. The director seemed young, but they were kind and okay.
4.4 million, but if writing a review, possible down to 3.85 million ->Since it was in the 3 million won range, the cost burden was lower, and the consultation was okay and everything was okay, but somehow nothing stayed in my memory. I wasn't drawn to it.
3. ㅋㅇ Among the hospitals I visited, this was the first one to tell me not to shave the hump, but to build it up by filling the glabella and nasal tip centered around the protruding part. Because it's a high-bridge hump nose, I thought osteotomy was definitely necessary, so it was interesting that they suggested going without osteotomy. I worried that if they only added without shaving, it might look too much, but I heard ㅋㅇ is famous for doing things naturally, so I don't think the director is someone who would overfill. But then again, you only know after doing it….
3.3 million, and if writing a review, possible down to 3 million ->The price was reasonable, so I liked it a lot, and the consultation was good, but people around me kept saying it might look weird if I only add without shaving,,, so my interest cooled.
4. ㅇㅈ(ㅖㅣㄴ) Among the places I visited, I liked this one the most. Personally, the hospital was clean and okay, and the director calmly explained things well. They took photos and used a pencil on a tablet to quickly Photoshop and show the before-and-after difference, and I liked the shape quite a bit. ㅋㅇ showed it roughly with a mouse, but here they Photoshopped it a bit more naturally. But some reviews here were so subtle and natural that I wondered, was this even surgery??? There were quite a lot like that, so I felt I needed to clearly tell the director that I definitely want the hump improved, but still want the nasal bridge raised to some extent. They recommended osteotomy of the nasal dorsum and the lateral sides of the nose together. 3-year A/S
4.95 million won with a 550,000 won discount, 4.4 million (not a review event, and I don't remember exactly, but anyway it was discounted for something,, nothing special, maybe something basically included?) ->Personally, the consultation was the best and I liked the A/S period too, but the price.. once it goes over 4 million, it feels a bit burdensome, so I'm thinking about it.
5. ㅁㅌ The director looked a bit older and seasoned. When they took off my mask and touched my nose with their hand, their hand smelled like cigarettes, so that was a bit uncomfortable,, They wrote out on the diagnosis sheet the side effects that can occur when operating on a hump nose without implants and explained them during the consultation. I heard things I hadn't heard at other hospitals, so I was intrigued. 3-year A/S It was unusual that they don't put you fully to sleep and check the line with the patient during surgery. Of course, they said there is no pain at all.
4.5 million, review discount price 4.3 million, but with VAT it's 4.73 million,,, ->The consultation was average, but the price is too burdensome, so I don't think I'll go.
6. ㅊㅇ The director looked young. I didn't get the feeling that they were extremely kind, but they looked over things carefully for a long time during the consultation. They repeatedly explained several times how they would do the nose design. They didn't just look at the nose, but analyzed the overall face and seemed to consider harmony a lot. The consultation time was long, but the director's explanation was long from beginning to end, so I felt there wasn't much room to talk about my needs.
3.8 million on the condition of partial disclosure ->I liked that they seemed to consider harmony a lot so the nose would suit the face shape and features, not just make an unconditionally pretty nose. I also think the price was the most reasonable among the hospitals I visited.
