Restoration after lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty

Because of side effects from lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty, the outer corners of my eyes are D-shaped, and my eyes sting and feel dry, so I'm looking into clinics for restoration. They say for lower canthoplasty, all you need to do is remove the stitches, but I also had ptosis correction together with the canthoplasty. If I'm thinking of releasing the ptosis correction first, would it be better to ask the clinic where I had the surgery to remove the lower canthoplasty stitches too? Because of the lateral canthoplasty, they do have to make an incision. They say the place that will do the lower canthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty restoration can also do the ptosis correction, but it's been over 3 years, so I'm worried they may not be able to release the adhesions. I feel like the person who did my eyes would know the stitch positions best, and aside from those side effects, I don't have things like scars from the first clinic, so I'm torn.
