I had nose surgery 20 years ago. It was done with silicone only. A slight border is visible on the upper part of my nose, and only the right side of the nasal tip feels hard. It's slightly visible through the skin, and I'm worried it might protrude. Would it be better to have revision surgery including the nasal tip? What do you think? I'm wondering whether it would be better to shape it all the way to the nasal tip.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
