Those of you who had correction because the cartilage was showing, please share your experiences or help me out ㅜㅜ
First of all, for my primary surgery 2 years ago, I had silicone only on the nasal bridge. Second surgery 1 year ago: silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. After the second surgery, I’m satisfied with everything now, but I wanted to reduce the visible outline of the ear cartilage and the pointy feeling, so I went for a consultation, and they said it should be fine if they simply remove only the ear cartilage. They say it’s a simple correction that takes 30 minutes by opening only the nasal tip, but will the surface shape still look okay even if the ear cartilage that was placed over it is removed..? There is silicone above it, so if they operate by opening only the nasal tip, will it not put strain on the nasal bridge? ㅜㅜ I do need to touch up the nasal tip now, so I don’t really have a choice, but I’m extremely worried that it might unnecessarily increase the possibility of inflammation.
Everyone with experience, please leave a comment about how it was!!!!
