I had nose surgery 15 years ago when I was a college student (only silicone was inserted), and I kept getting inflammation at the nasal tip, so I had it removed a month ago. The inflammation had completely broken through to the outside of the skin, but I was living abroad and couldn't return to Korea because of various circumstances, so I finally came back and had it done this time. I didn't want to put anything back in no matter what shape my nose ended up being, so I passed on all the clinics that said they would remove everything and then put in subcutaneous fat or cartilage again. I went to a clinic that said they would only do removal and had the surgery for under 3 million won. After having it done, my original nose shape wasn't bad, and it wasn't that low either. I just had surgery when I was young because I wanted to look pretty, but now that everything is out, I feel relieved. The nasal tip shape has left a bit of scarring, but it's okay. If you're thinking about removal, do it quickly! Don't wait until problems happen like I did. My original nose isn't bad either lol
