I had nasal tip surgery on September 6 with a closed approach + ear cartilage! It has been 10 days since surgery, so there is almost no swelling, and only dissolvable stitches remain. The problem is that my nostrils look very different Even a third party can tell at a glance that they are uneven.. (I heard someone say that too) Also, my nasal tip and columella are not in the center above the philtrum, but above the right side of my philtrum. Am I being too sensitive Is it because the swelling inside my nostrils has not gone down? Is it because the stitches have not dissolved yet? I keep worrying. Has anyone had a similar experience to me?
