The part I disliked most was my nose, so without knowing much I had rhinoplasty at A-One. I thought expensive meant good, but it absolutely wasn’t. They used costal cartilage from my very first surgery... I was in my early 20s, and they had said they would only do my rhinoplasty if I also got a forehead lift. It’s been over 5 years, and I regret it.
