It has been a few months since my nose surgery, and during the consultation they emphasized naturalness and did a non-open approach, so volume did come out naturally. Maybe because I had a bulbous nose, the change was not as much as I wanted. I slightly regret not doing it with autologous costal cartilage. This doctor tells you when something cannot be done, which gave me a lot of trust and was why I chose the hospital. The facilities look a bit old, but they feel like a neighborhood dentist, which is comforting. My first impression of the doctor was that they looked cold, but they are a bit of a hidden charmer.
