I had the hump removed and got autologous cartilage grafting to the tip of my nose. Because this is a hospital that pursues naturalness, it turned out so natural that it looks as if my nose was always like this. That is a little disappointing and also a good thing, I guess. During the consultation, they did not shave down the hump too much, and they placed just enough cartilage so that the line from the existing bridge to the tip could connect naturally.
