I went in for consultation because I wanted to fix my bulbous nose and also raise the bridge, but they said my septum was crooked, so if I lifted it with silicone or rib cartilage, the crookedness of my nose would become even more noticeable, and because Megaderm is almost completely absorbed, they even recommended not doing nose surgery at all. If I still wanted some change, they recommended supporting the tip with septum cartilage plus ear cartilage, and adding filler between the eyebrows. They were honest about what could be done and what couldn’t, and the fact that AS was free for 4 years gave me confidence, but there were also some comments in the reviews saying the AS wasn’t handled properly, so I passed.
