I had nose surgery. Even though my nose was very small and low, they made it into a very glamorous, high nose, and I was satisfied. There was a lot of waiting time every time I visited, but the surgical results were good and the staff at the desk were kind, so waiting didn’t feel uncomfortable. The aftercare was the best. But after surgery, I had to visit the hospital for something, and when I did, I saw a side of them that was different from when I had the consultation and surgery, and I was very disappointed. So I gave fewer stars for staff kindness.
