After getting filler for over 3 years, I started to wonder what I was even doing.. The areas I was getting filled kept expanding, from nasolabial folds to the front cheeks and even the forehead, but after a few months it would reset and the money would just keep going out.. I started thinking fat grafting might be better if that's the case, so I began going around for consultations. I heard grafting is hard to reverse once you do it, so I was being really careful about choosing a hospital. The third place I went to was TOP, and the thing I remember most there was that instead of talking about trend-based face shapes, they told me where and how much to add based on my own facial proportions. They said the forehead needs less than I thought, and for the front cheeks, the amount should be decided while also considering how it looks when I smile. I also heard that not all of the injected fat survives, so they calculate the amount with graft survival in mind. The consultation wasn't rushed at all, and I was able to ask everything I wanted slowly. I'm still deciding, but this seems like the best one so far..
